We connect youths to opportunities.

Every Valley enfranchises Chattanooga's marginalized youths through leadership development, giving them greater access to social connections and community resources. 

We mentor them, connecting them and their families with concrete opportunities to experience God’s glory in their relationships, in their education, in their employment, and in the life of our community.

We don't invest in recruitment, marketing, or facilities. We invest in  people. We support youths in their daily activities, and we help them access the resources needed for achieving their goals.
